How do I cancel an order on LEXOLEX.com?
If unfortunately, you have to cancel an order, please do so within 24 hours of placing the order. Simply email us at decor@lexolex.com or If the mail line is busy, you can also connect with us on our WhatsApp number with your order number mentioned in the subject line.
Once you have collected the parcel and then if you ask for refund of payment then it will not happen, which all our customers should take care of.
Note: and for some reason, we have got the product dispatched from here, yet if the customer has returned the item, then it cannot be refunded.
Personalized product orders cannot be cancelled / refunded once the order is processed, but in case you still wish to cancel the order, you will be charged the designing charges from the prepaid amount, if applicable.
Return Policy:
We offer easy and hassle-free exchange for NON-Personalized products. The same needs to be conveyed to our team within 5 working days of receiving the package. The product must be in mainly saleable.
[Note]: Refund is possible in cash only if you received the product damaged.
If you think, you have received the product in a bad condition or if the packaging is tampered with or damaged before you open the packet, please refuse to accept the package and return the package to the delivery person.
Return is not applicable for bulk or corporate orders.
Our team takes the care with respect to the quality of each product and tries to ensure that the item reaches you safely. However, we understand that sometimes fragile items are damaged during transit. In such cases, reach out to us within 5 working days from the date of delivery.

Refund Policy:
In case of damaged items or order for another design, refund will be given as follows ,In case of COD orders, customers' bank account details would be required and the refund would be credited within 7-10 working days from the date of cancellation of the order. Alternatively, refunds can also be done via PayTM.
